not my land and I've no right to criticize, but it's hard not to feel a little annoyed. If they had build the house a little further back and tweaked the driveway layout, there would still be a usable runway. I drew the old runway in red.

The back deck of the house is where the old hangar was, guess they re-purposed the original concrate pad. And there was already water and electric run to that spot.
