So true. One writer does not a magazine make, but one person with a lot of ideas who can then find people who will consistently produce quality copy on time without compensation is a tougher nut to crack.Also, Dan's been writing an aviation blog for several years with some pretty good content coming out about 2x/week generally. So, I would say his chances of success are better than average.
