Warning: NSFW audio commentary.

This is not the angle you typically see the Space Shuttle launching from. Video was taken by a passenger on an Air Canada flight. It was uploaded last month so there's a good chance this was the launch of STS-124. Two things for certain; the photographer was highly impressed and this was a very unique and interesting perspective to see a launch.

The word on the comments is it's not the shuttle. It's another missile launch.

Another example of the demise of the English language.....

Holy smokes...

I think John Cleese said that about Terry Gilliam, "Being an American, he has a very limited vocabulary. We were flying over the Rockies when he looked out the window and said, 'Hey guys! A whole bunch of mountains!'"

A non-English speaker could get along quite well in this country knowing a few key phrases:

"No way"
"Uh hunh"
and
"That's so cool." (Used to describe anything from Alpine vista to Gymnastics routine to High Speed fly by)

Hey, you can't blame the guy... he can't help being Canadian! j/k

Shouldn't he have been saying "Did you see how fast it is going, eh?"
