Aircraft Values on the Rise

This is my personal observation. Sold my Cherokee last Dec. I was initially surprised at the demand. Even with a high time engine there was a lot of interest. My point is overhaul cost today. Much easier to rationalize an overhaul on that engine for a plane you paid 22.5 for.

Is it a matter of time before Lycoming and Continental jack their rates?
