Attached to each end of the tie downs is an S-Hook which is vinyl coated to help protect paint surfaces as well as a heavy duty cam buckle which secures the webbing in place. Installation is easy, just hook both S-Hooks onto an attach point, pull the tail end of the strap and it will cinch down on the two points.
