what sort of price/ value do you place on a plane with a past TBO engine? Engine, if running well and not making metal, has to be worth something. Is there a standard differential you would use compared to a plane with a under TBO engine? What are the general rules of thumb that can be applied, if any?

Purchase price + complete overhaul...compare that number to what else is available on the market.

I purchased well past TBO...and got another few hundred hours outta it.
