Aircraft down near Dayton

Strange accident report. Distraction perhaps? Definitely need more info.

Hausfeld radioed that the plane's cargo door was open and then attempted to return to the runway, a spokeswoman for the Federal Aviation Administration said. The plane crashed, killing father and daughter, officials said.
"When he took off, something happened to the plane," Thomas Hausfeld's brother-in-law Mark Barhorst said. "He tried to circle around, his left wing hit the ground, and the plane exploded."

Upon seeing the news story I thought it might be a friend of mine. I was relieved to discover my error. Still a bad deal for the pilot and pax. RIP.
