Aircraft door seal

Any suggestions for a door seal replacement for a Cessna 310? Aircraft Spruce sells an interesting looking product, avtek, but I haven't seen any reviews or user comments. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions?

I used Aircraft Door Seals on my Beech. I did like the product, not sure how the Cessna seals are. https://www.aircraftdoorseals.com/

I put the Aircraft air seals LLC product on my 182P. Fantastic solution. My door close properly and seal tight. Put them on the door and not the fuselage frame as they rip easily if scuffed regularly getting in/out of the aircraft.

A year and a half later, product has stood up to continuously use.
