Are these guys legit? Seems that asking for a some cash up front to have the privilege to bid with no mention of a refund seems a little odd to me. I get it with some of the car auctions you need to buy a ticket for entrance, but with all the scams these days.....

I have no idea if they are legit or not. But read their terms and conditions page....this is what it says in regards to deposits:

Deposits submitted to Auction Firm’s escrow account by registered bidders that were not the successful bidder will be returned via transfer instructions provided by the registered bidder.

Any updates on this site? I have the exact same trepidation as OP here and having the lead dog be named "Gordon Ramsay" is, probably unfairly, not helping me any

I want to take a flyer on a few of their listings but yeah, this seems like a quick way to lose $2500.

Was interested In a Couple of planes,deposit to bid seemed high and the buyers premium was also high. Also couldn’t get that much info from the broker unless you paid a bid deposit.
