PARIS (Reuters) - Planemaker Airbus, reeling from production problems and a management shake-up, suffered further setbacks on Monday with a slump in orders and a fresh threat of legal action against parent EADS <EAD.PA> over its recent share plunge.

A gap in the planemaker's product range as it redesigns its slow-selling newest model, the A350, scared airlines away from its family of wide-bodied jets throughout the second quarter, leaving Airbus trailing well behind rival Boeing <BA.N>.
