Air West Aircraft Engines KSQL

Anyone know about Air West at SQL? Looks like they are out of business now, but I am looking at an airplane that they did an overhaul on a while back. Just wondering if they did good work.

I have no personal experience except to buy parts from them, but several years ago one of my buddies had the Lycoming IO-540 in his TB-20 Socata Trinidad majored by them, and he was very disappointed in the quality of the overhaul. I forget the details, but he was considering legal action.
