This was a fun shoot. We went up this morning and had the perfect sunrise!

You must’ve been peddling pretty hard in that 182
I actually did shoot it out of my 182! Balls to the wall! The funny part was they flew in from Houston Hobby and headed straight back after the shoot. By the time we flew 31 miles back to our home base and put the plane away, they had flown 148 miles back to Hobby and were on final!

Outstanding photography and beautiful subject. Some of your best work.

Incredible as always. Absolutely gorgeous!

This one was fun… got a more fun weekend ahead though. Staggerwings, Gamebirds, and a plane most of you won’t know… an Evangel.

Jack, your shots are gorgeous as always. One thing I notice though, is the squint of concentration on the pilots' faces. I'm sure it ain't easy keeping a jet on station behind a 182, and the sun is right in their eyes, but these are publicity shots, no? Tell the crew to get some Raybans!

Yeah, he laughed when I said it was over, saying good because his eyes were cooked! I may be working something out with Flying Eyes.
