Air-to-Air Cessna 310

This photo shoot was tough for a lot of reasons, but at the last minute, we got in the air and got above the clouds. It was a lot of fun, stressful, but fun! This is my friend Dayton and he can fly, which makes my job fun!

Now there are those of you who will ask if Dayton is a member of the clean belly club... no, no he is not! He promises to scrub it and fly with me again soon though.

I think the C310 is the best-looking GA plane of them all.

Very nice. I think the undercast is a good background for drawing attention to the plane.

I can imagine that arranging that means starting out IFR. I’m wondering, did you then cancel IFR so that you could maneuver with your own separation?

No, it was VFR. The clouds ended about 10 miles from our departure airport and we easily got on top. We could always see the ground.

I really like the results, especially for a 310. That’s where they belong, dancing among the clouds.
