I see this large area with a shaded red border on the AOPA AIFP today around LEV (Grand Isle VOR) in LA. Nothing is depicted on the tfr.faa.gov site. Any idea what it is? The "What's Here" only shows the Alert Area A-381 that encompasses it. It still appears when I remove the Special Use Airspace chart overlay, though the A-381 disappears then.
