I feel much better now, got my IMC fix this morning. It is pretty rare around here so I don't get much. Went out this morning and shot 3 approaches, and even got stuck in a hold by ATC. Great practice!! Broke out between 800 and 1000 every time.

I did it for fun on Friday last week (and it almost turned into a real one!)
Maybe I'll get to do it for real tomorrow if the clouds hang around.

I haven't tried it yet Dave, I have been so busy the last few months with the instructing and all, I was not even instrument current until last Sunday. I grabbed the wife and went out and gave myself a 2 hour workout. Luckily the ceiling came up a little Sunday and let me get it done. I went out with a friend who has his instrument checkride scheduled for the 27th Sunday morning and we had to quit after 1 approach because we were having trouble staying VFR. I took him with me yesterday for a little real IMC experience.
Now I just need to get the II done this fall.
