Great customer service story...

Recently my aft strobe quit. Since the power supply seemed to be making strobe noises, the bulb was my first suspect. To double check the part number before ordering a replacement, I e-mailed Aero Flash for the cross-reference number.

They asked for the serial number and told me the bulb was under warranty. They offered to test the bulb and replace it if need be. So for the price of priority mail, I received a new bulb at no cost in under a week by return mail.

Great customer service and an easy fix
 
Glad to hear that ,probably going to order a new landing light from them.
 
They also (had) a great deal on overhaul exchange units of the power supply.

If you don't mind me asking, what was the OH price vs, new. I just ordered a PS from aircraft spruce? Your post has me wondering if I could have save much buying direct.

I'm still trying to figure out the best places to get parts and supplies.
