Do you think that the 2020 mandate for ADS-B equipage will lower the price of aircraft not equipped? Will this provide a "buyers market" for people looking for an older 4 to 6 seat bird which could be equipped after purchase?

Maybe, but only by the difference in updating the avionics (4k?)

I don't think it will lower prices necessarily. But planes equipped will be be much easier to sell at a better price.

Yes. No. The the old rule will almost certainly still apply: It is cheaper to buy an airplane where someone else has paid to install the avionics you want than it is to buy an airplane and then pay to install the avionics.
