ADS-B out; initial and 24 month inspections not required?????????

91.413 sez that I had to get my transponder tested before I turned it on and I also have to leave the log book and a check on the glare panel every 24 months for the magic pixie guy.

I'm not finding something similar for ADS-B out. Am I missing something? Or can I just cram it in and go (E-AB aircraft)?

As of now, there is no 24 month transponder 'like' test. I assume once the ADS-B mandate goes into full effect, they will have a required airworthiness reg for it.
