Heck, I'd start by emailing them asking them for their physical mailing address, so that you know where your lawyer should send the certified letter.

That might just scare em enough to quit ****ing around.

Anyway, I like http://www.godaddy.com for web services. Their basic packages are stable and cheap and their virtual servers are very stable.
