Consider that Paul Newman and my Mom are exactly the same age. I can never get my mind around that. Somehow I couldn't see them dating each other high school.

Just remember the key definition of "middle aged". You take the oldest person you know. Anyone who is between that person and you is "middle aged". As long as you aren't the oldest person you know, you've got it made. :D Oh, and my mom has an aunt (by marriage, we'd all like her genes) who is 106, even my folks are "middle aged".

A rather stupid but mildly amusing story about myself was my childhood crush on Annette Funicello, based on her character in reruns of the original Mickey Mouse Club tv show. Then the new Mickey Mouse Club came out and I had to confront the fact that she was actually middle-aged at the time. :( :rolleyes:

Tell me how old Raquel Welsh is and I'll really get depressed. Anyway, I've moved on the to the girl that does the Mercury commercials. As soon as I can convince my wife we need an "aupere" just to hang around the house, (we have no small children any longer).

G*d help me if she reads this. :)

Yep, we're all getting old. I guess Stacey Keibler is too, but I couldn't tell you thing one about her. Other than she looks pretty good in that photo.
 
Age is relative.

When I was 18 there was no way I'd even think of sleeping with a 60 year old woman..



But now that I'm 65 let's rethink that.

When we have kids, I want an au pair that looks like Julianne Moore...

Pretty much the same age as my daughter ... puts a lot of things in perspective with that comparison. Younger girl aversion therapy ... raising a very rebellious daughter through her teen years. There is hope for others in this - she finally grew up!

Actually I think that the redhead that does the Nissan commercials is about the best on TV right now. The really sobering thing though, in the past I had a case for of all people Goldie Hawn the mother of Kate Hudson, D**n all of a sudden I feel really ancient.

Just celebrated my 39th birthday.....

for the 21st time.

Well, she's younger than me and there's nothing wrong with her looks, either. And if she's the same age as your mom, you aren't old. :D
