Yeah...but the trick is steel cables hung below the piece held by the help. Those cables were threaded through the connected piece through guide holes. So he just had to get close, allow the workers to thread the cables and then drop it while the steal cables guided it into place.

Nice work but it's not like he threaded a needle. He just hung it close and then set it down softly.

I always like the ones where they open beer bottles with the opener on the skid. You'll find several YouTube videos of that.
