Funny enough the actual Monkees played here last night at the bomb factory.
Except for Davy Jones. He's still dead.
 
damn, that's less than 12 hours from now.............I've got a long way to go and a short time to get there.

Wow... was Michael Nesmith there? I remember he was pretty bitter about the whole Monkees experience for a long time.

So I see the flyer, I read the flyer, I am curious whether the flyer will tell me anything about what is supposed to happen and why but I don't get that information.
Is it worth flying over? What is it? Why is it? Who is it?

From the flyer itself, it seems like a hippie event. The intent of invitation is there but that is all. I really get the impression that somebody lit one, got half baked and created a flyer. I wonder how many turn up to a half-empty room. :)
 
I'll be attending a few AOPA seminars near AFW this Saturday.

Did they play more than a one song set? I mean, it was the monkees. Does anybody actually know more than one of their songs? lol

I went to a Breaking Benjamin / Disturbed concert last night in the pouring rain.
My ears hurt, My back hurts, Everything hurts. I'm going back to bed.

I had tickets but gave them to my son. I had no desire to sit outside on a 105 degree day, then I heard that rain was possible. Those lawn seats are for twenty somethings, not old fockers like me.

Workin on it for sure.
Best way is to never enter a gym or do exercise.
So far I am batting a thousand (Not literally re-read that part about exercise)
