A REAL 6 seater

Remember the rule: 8 hours after drinking before math.
I thought it was drink for 8 hours, then do math?

Many if not all Cessna twins can hold six people and some bags. Have done it. Thought this was about singles though. Twin Bo is awesome, though not sure about ease of maintaining the geared engines at this point. What's odd is a Twin Bo is not really a Bo, but a Baron really is a twin engined Bonanza if I recall correctly.
Well... The Baron (and Travel Air) definitely bear more resemblance to the Bonanza and are pretty much a Bonanza with two engines.

However, the T-Bone is still a "Bonanzish" airframe - But they started by sawing it in half from spinner to tail and widening it by a foot. This is fairly obvious when you look at one from the front - It still has two Bonanza windscreen halves, with a rectangular insert between them. Cool airplane, but it definitely is much more different from the Bo than the Baron is. It was later developed into the Queen Air and then the King Air, and a King Air and a Bonanza have very little in common.

Aerostar can hold six. And depending on the configuration and STCs, will determine how much capacity you have for those six people.
The Aerostar is fast (I believe still the fastest piston twin, in high speed cruise I normally would see 245 KTAS), pressurized, cabin class, carries a lot.
The largest downside, is single door next to the pilot, makes it a little awkward to load/unload. But so worth it. I loved that plane.

Any plane can haul whatever load you want with “full fuel” if the tanks are made very small….

If a plane can’t fill all the seats with full fuel, is that because the UL of the plane isn’t big enough, or the fuel tanks are too big (I.e. designed so you could have the option of going farther when it’s just yourself or with fewer people)? The full fuel thing is kinda silly, and tells me that the RV-10 tanks, for instance, probably could have been bigger.

PS - P206 and 205 can more or less do it, but the choir here is right, that little rear door is a pain. U206 models on the other hand… that double door is amazing. The back two seats are low to the ground, but otherwise pretty comfortable. I know at least on adult that preferred them to the middle seats because they were kind of recliners.

Outside of basically the 310, the Cessna twins are a big step up in terms of acquisition and operating cost. I don't count the 337 as, well, really much of anything.

I had multiple instances where a fuel pump wasn't working at a planned fuel stop. I live/fly mostly in southeast. So usually not far from an alternate with fuel. But out west, it could be a real problem.
I also like the Murphy Moose or Bearhawk 5 6-seaters. Those options are tailwheel though FYI.
At my club we return the plane with full fuel for the next person and I wouldn't go through the hassle of draining fuel to make weight. therefore I simply don't make plans to fly unless I can make weight with full tanks.
I am surprised there are not more Muphy Moose float planes. The look is awesome and I have heard some claim the radials they use are reliable and less expensive to replace. The Bearhawk--on amphibians seems to be light on UL. The Moose seems awesome.
