A Nice Suprise

[One Short]

I had a nice suprise waiting for me when I got home today. A package from the Southern Houghton County Airport and Heritage Association. It contained a "thank you for coming letter", a too cool Prickett-Grooms hat and a CD and VCR of the doings at the Prickett-Grooms Grand Reopening.

Thanks Ed and Family. I'll be back next year over Labor Day.
Any other pilots not in the area, please be advised, you should be there, it's alot of fun.

I got mine today too. But no "VCR" was in mine, I think you meant VHS tape ;-).

Ed thanks for the hat, it wa a fun day and I look forward to going back.

Anyone who made it to the fly in got a CD of picture and a Prickett-Grooms hat given to them. Nick and Barb got a VHS tape because they were on the news, and that tape is a copy of the segment. Kent and Jesse, you got your CDs at Labor Day, so yours won't be in the package.

Ed (or Nick),

Any chance you can digitize that? That was a great story and should be posted for all to see.
