This will last a month. In the comments section below, the hackers offer what hackers always do, a way for manufacturers to secure their systems. The way hackers get paid is they figure out how to break something, then offer the solution to keep other people from breaking it. They even admit in the comments that it is possible to hack the hacker.

As soon as this tech to hijack drones becomes wide spread, there will be people offering new secure operating protocols that can't be hacked with that tech. Software solutions are short lived.

Boeing's anti drone laser is the best solution I've seen, (If it really works as advertised) but it's really expensive no doubt. This puts us back at shotguns and birds.
