A New GARMIN Move

When did Garmin become Swiss-based? Nevermind, I just did a bit of research....I knew they were originally incorporated in the Caymans for tax purposes, but why reorg in Switzerland? Tax purposes again?

They were going to reorg in China but got lost on the way to the reorg meeting and ended up in Switzerland and said "what the hell, let's do it here"
 
The only thing which I know is nothing can change or good will come of this for the employees. So....
