Yeah - one of my astronomy references ( back when I had the time ... ) had a daily schedule of what would be visible at particular times/days. There were certain features on the moon that are only seen at certain times of the year, right along the edge. I never understood why until I saw this animation.

(PS - any plans to head back down this way again?)
