I made a flight into Sulphur Creek this morning and it was smoky from the fires in California. It was a good flight with some friends from my home town. It was beautiful in there this morning and a little on the cold side when we got there shortly after 9:00. About a 50 min flight from S49 and the strip is just a little over 5800 ft. Pict.

Was over the top of Sulphur yesterday. I need to land there sometime.

We flew up to Smiley Creek for breakfast (they are closing Oct 4 for the season), then back to Indian Creek, then back to the Valley. Visibility left a lot to be desired, unfortunately. Fall is coming, some of the aspens were turning.
