Just like it says. I challenge @Half Fast to find a day with no national holidays in it. Yes I am aware of January 16th.

True. We have our national holidays, we have our Hallmark holidays, and we have these stupid national penis* day and the like, I'm not even sure what type of holiday you would classify those as.
