When I was 6 or 7 I was listening to 3 widows talk about their husbands. This was when little old lady widows dressed in black or dark gray, wore their hair up in a bun and wore sensible shoes. They were probably in their late 60s or early 70s.

One lady said her husband died at 46 years old. Such a young man to die.

I was thinking, man he was OLD..!!!

I hope to reach 78 years in age, but still flying at that age might be stretching it a bit.
