65 150F Total time 3307, 798 SMOH. Annual 11/16, No GPS basic IFR, KX 175B with VOR/glide slope, KX170B with VOR, sky tech starter, dual PTT, Mode C, Intercom, Markers, wheel pants (off for winter) Tanis heater (1 cylinder pad off), auto fuel STC, Spin on filter, extra set of new main tires, not beat up.
Nice interior, paint a 6 or 7 out of 10 (shines up looks nice but chips and imperfections). Flown regularly. Hangared at KAMW. All logs, all ADs, $24K. It's a good 150 with book performance and useful load, well maintained. Delivery available. Matt Michael cell/text 515 451 1068

Let me know what it ends up selling for... I may buy the 150 I share with the owner now. Looks nice!
 
Actually I was incorrect in my original post, it's a 1965 model. I know, dumb. Just updated the annual, new main tires, about 30-some hours added to the times. Still a great plane, needs nothing but a new owner. I'm loving my Mooney, not loving having 2 hangars!
