64 Cherokee 180 For sale

I am trying to sell this aircraft for a client of mine. We just got through with the annual and he decided that its time for it to go since he cant get his medical back. So hit me up with any questions and I will try and list most of the details.

Aircraft sat for a number of years in a hanger, but is really clean. Before it was put away it had a new paint job and new interior. Both are in great shape.

Century 1 Wing leveler.

All engine compressions were great. Struts were rebuilt, 2 new tires.

How long ago was the overhaul??

So it's just a LOC not GS? Is it currently IFR cert?

Yes

1998 I believe, I can check if you really want to know. It was somewhere in that time frame. Last time it flew was 2004.

Not sure about the head indicator.
It is not currently IFR cert, I am taking it to the radio shop on the 18th to get Transponder and such re-cert.
