We flew down to the Owyhee Reservoir State airport 28U last Sat. and helped celebrate 60 years since The Hilton Hotel, was built. One of the builders son was there with the plaque and there were 12 airplanes and about 20 people in attendance. Some from Nv. ID. OR, and WA. A good time was had by all.

This is John Fransway's son Tom and myself under the wing of his dad's Cessna 180.

Pic #2 on short final to runway 30. 1840 water on both ends. a little ski jump in the middle. dirt and gravel. A great place to fly into. It is a roadless area.

An over head view of the runway and the taxiway to the Hilton. The picture doesn't show the water at both ends as the water level is low this year for this time, of the year.

That looks like a fun place to get away for a little while.
