5 y/o boy summoned for jury duty

If they get the names from the voter rolls, as most election boards do, how did the 5 year old get on it? I can see dat n Chicago, but not elsewhere.

Cook county (where Chicago is) summoned me a few years back. Problem is I don't live in Cook county. I called them to explain and it would have taken me a trip downtown with all kinds of signed and notorized paperwork to prove I did not live in Cook county to get out of jury duty. It would have been a day of vacation from my work too.

Instead I reported for jury duty, which works lets me off for. When they asked me to verify my adress I gave them my current one in McHenry country showed them my drivers license and they told me to go home.

I'll bet a 5yo would actually make a fine juror. He has yet to be influenced by a lot of people, and he'd be cut and dry.

Is the person a bad man or a good man. There's his decision.

Maybe we need 5yos on juries.
