I may need to head out to Sterling Forest NY next weekend. It looks like 4N1 is closest, anyone have any advice or experiences to share? I see that airnav says "ARPT SUBJECT TO GUSTING WIND & FREQUEND XWINDS"

Line Up and Wait
It can be a tricky airport to land at due to the winds. Got some pretty rough windshear coming in there a while ago. I fly there a lot. The x-winds aren't too terrible once you get near the runway, because of all the trees and the big mountain
