4,200 VLJs by 2016?

A Dublin research firm is predicting there will be 4,200 Very Light Jets sold by 2016. Hogwash.
Raytheon is selling it's GA unit. Why would Raytheon sell its GA unit if the aviation market is about to take off?
The Bush administration is trying to make itself feel better about killing GA by telling fairy tales about VLJs.
