We seem to have post cops all over the place. I, for one, appreciate seeing some things more than once. Like you, I don't get to read every post. There's work to do.Scott, take a look at your total number of posts. This is somewhat indicative of you having the time, and interest, to peruse absolutely every item that has ever been posted on POA, for its entire history.
I, on the other hand, have only a few minutes in the morning before I go to work, and a little more time in the evening before I crash for the day.
This has turned into a slightly embarrassing thing for me, in that I find myself posting exciting new items, only to discover I am the only one excited about them, simply because they have been posted before.
There are some members of this esteemed group, who also have limited time on their hands, who may also not be aware that I have engaged in redundant behavior on this forum. As a consequence of my boorish actions, these few people may actually find a few of my repetitive posts of minor interest, who knows?
However, I do appreciate you alerting me, and everyone else, that I have failed miserably at introducing exciting new topics to this forum. In my embarrassment, and humiliation, I am at a complete loss about how to go about insuring that this will never happen again, what with my limited time and all.

By letting people know where the other threads on this very same topic are, perhaps if they were looking for some information or just enthusiastic about the topic, they could go to those threads and read the comments, maybe gaining the information they sought or at the very least some additional entertainment.Scott, take a look at your total number of posts. Duplicates happen all the time. Pointing them out is not a bad thing because it helps to join the threads for people seeking information. Each threads does not have to be an insular experience. But if the guilt and self flagellation make you feel good about yourself, by all means have a good time.
