Makes you think twice about driving after drinking, doesn't it? Imagine what the roads would be like if the state DMV's handled it this way, too.

I live in Arizona (Maricopa County....) so I am used to the "harshest" DUI laws in the country. 10 days in tent city and no license for 3 months then I think you have to have the interlock for a year... and that's for your first one! Doesn't bother me, I have no problem taking a cab home or just not drinking. I would hate to get my flying privileges taken away because I did something totally preventable.

Yeah, I am absolutely paranoid about this sort of thing. Turned me from a social drinker to an antisocial drinker. Don't have to drive none if you're already home.
