We've seen plenty of scary crosswind landings, but this one may just take the cake. The plane doesn't just go sideways, it looks like it actually drops about 100 feet before slamming hard into the runway and bouncing back up. Holy crap.

The jet, carrying the Spanish basketball team Baskonia, eventually was able to make a (relatively) safe landing.
