One of our partners wants to sell his 1/4 share of the Warrior (PA28-151). The plane has approx 5160 hours on the tach and the engine has approx. 1400 hours. Airplane and log are available for inspection by contacting me and setting up an appointment. Plane was painted around 1994 and the paint is a 9 out of 10. Interior is probably a 7 out of 10. It is a good IFR platform and would make a good airplane to work on your IR. It has a GNS430W along with a KX-155 for the second radio and glideslope. We have not added ADSB-Out as yet.

Partner is asking $9,000 for his share. Monthly expenses are $100 for fixed expenses and $50 for hangar. Hourly rate is $40 hour dry. Plane is put back in the hangar with full tanks.N6149J_Front_Page.png P2100110.JPG P2100111.JPG P2100112.JPG
 
sounds like a good deal! wouldn't hangar cost be considered a fixed expense?

It is Eric. I just choose to list them separately as the hangar is currently fixed, one partner owns the hangar, while $100 may change dependent on other fixed costs changing year to year.
 
but are you going to the pig on saturday? THAT is the question!
 
No Eric, I will be working with our youth group Saturday building the BD-6.
