In December I retired from my flying job and thought I would fly for pleasure more but I'm not. I am moving to Texas next year and will use the money for other earth bound activities. Anyway, after 47 years and 18,000+ hours, I think I have enough great flying memories (including 16 years in the Skylane). Cheers, Kevin
You are very kind to offer, thank you. I am trying to manage where and who is responding. The more sites the harder the management. I have had good response so I would like to limit where the airplane is advertised for now. I do really appreciate your offer. You are a good guy, Kevin
Hi Ryan, Your post is kind. I don’t plan on leaving the board. Although I have burned out a little I still love aviation and think I can contribute to the group. If nothing else I will continue to learn from your posts Thanks, Kevin
Well, I have the Trolltune gross weight increase STC so the take-off Useful is 1271# in the standard configuration. In the Cargo configuration (rear seats removed..read Oshkosh configuration) it is 1294#. I have weight and balance for both as well as excel spreadsheets for both. Of course the landing remains 2950# so if you take-off at 3100# you need to burn off about 2 hours of fuel before you land. Kevin
