Posting this for a friend. Very well maintained and frequently flown 182 P with a new interior and GTN 750xi/GFC 500 installed in the past 12mo. I've flown in this plane a bit and it is a gem. The paint is in very good condition as well. He has an ad on controller, for sale by owner. He's looking for/has an offer on a Columbia 350.
This is a nice airplane. I feel like I was “click-baited” though not on purpose probably - the model names can be confusing. That’s not actually a Katmai. The Controller title is fine, but the description in the body is not exactly correct.
It does however have the Peterson IO-470 conversion/STC. That model upgrade is called a Super Skylane.
