SOLD

The good:
TTAF <6000
Engine: 260 HP Norland STC upgrade, 820 hrs SMOH (amazing engine that will take you to 18,000 ft at gross).
Prop: Time SMOH unknown (in good shape and balanced)
Firewall damage in 2015 (repaired with a new firewall)
Useful load: 1021 lbs
Fuel: LR tanks (80 gallons) and pretty new bladders
Audio panel and main radio nearly new
Engine monitor: Insight 2 with 6 cylinder CHTs and EGTs
Garmin 396 on the yoke
Even though this engine is carburated, it leans very well.
Front seats have 4 point seat belts.

The bad
AP is inop

The ugly
Interior: ugly
Exterior: ugly
Hail damage ~2015 (not repaired)

Flight specs:
We typically cruise between 12500-16500 and get 125 KTAS on 10 gph. You can go 135-140 KTAS at lower elevations.

Also a super good deal on a Skylane. Best of luck with the sale!

I have to agree. The downsides don’t seem too down but the upsides 260 engine and killer green paint. Good luck on the sale. Should go quick.

What radios are installed? Any details or close up images of the hail damage?

Here is the panel, so you can see the radios. I will take some photos of the hail damage this weekend.

Today, this plane would go for $80k. Lucky the person who landed this.
