C-145 (O-300) 450 SMOH in 1998
- six new cylinder/piston sets (Millennium), new camshaft
- new mufflers / exhaust system
- Slick magneto conversion
- new ignition harnesses /six-point cylinder pre-heater
Aircraft was dry country based (CO, UT, CA) from 1950 to 1996, then hangared in NY (Orange County) from 1996 to present. Has been flown regularly. A good straight honest 170A. Substantial modifications, corrective maintenance and upgrades by present owner over past ten years including
All new custom interior by San Jose Jet in 1996.
- Wool covered seats, all aircraft grade materials.
Good basic VFR/IFR (not currently certified) panel
