1949 Cessna 140 for sale

Got this via email from one of my DFW pilot buddies, ex-coworker, used to be in a club with him.

A friend's father in law passed away, and part of his estate is a Cessna 140. I would love to have it, but financially (and maritally), I am unable to do so.
