14CFR67.5

You're looking at an old version of 67.3 -- here's the latest:
Section 67.3: Issue.
A person who meets the medical standards prescribed in this part, based on medical examination and evaluation of the person's history and condition, is entitled to an appropriate medical certificate.
[Doc. No. FAA–2007–27812, 73 FR 43065, July 24, 2008]
No more reference to 67.5.

I'm looking at my recently received copy of ASA's FAR/AIM 2009.

Do you know what 67.5 used to be?

My archived copy of AIM/FAR 2006 does not have it, My 2007 copy is at work, my 2008 copy does not have it and the current online copy does not have it.

I googled 14 cfr 67.5 and found a 1998 reference that was titled Foriegn Airmen

TITLE 14--AERONAUTICS AND SPACE

CHAPTER I--FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (Continued)

PART 67--MEDICAL STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATION--Table of Contents

Subpart A--General

Sec. 67.5 Certification of foreign airmen.

A person who is neither a United States citizen nor a resident alien
is issued a certificate under this part, outside the United States, only
when the Administrator finds that the certificate is needed for
operation of a U.S.-registered aircraft.

Haven't found it anywhere. Help.
