Dang, that was fun to watch! :yes: What an incredible pilot! I didn't know a Stearman could do some of that stuff!

John Mohr is an absolutely amazing pilot. That Stearman has the *STOCK* 220 hp radial. He does not have an inverted system. It is the best act I've ever seen. He does a show at AirVenture every year.

My great great uncle did his routines with 450 horse and an inverted system. I've seen old videos where he did the same roll right after rotation. John Mohr does it with half that and the engine quits several times in his routine. I believe he is an airline pilot for one of the majors.

nice flying! At the bottom of the falling leaf (about 8:58 into it) it looks like he actually touches the grass with the right main?
