100LL for under $3.00/gal!!!

scott, buy a gas truck, fill it up. save money in long run

63C has been at $2.80 for several weeks. Nice airport and friendly people too. :)

sump fuel from other airplanes. if they say something tell them you were doing a courtesy water and fuel intergrity check and that you were fully intending to put the gas back in their tanks. Probably a good idea to get some fake business cards and a jacket with your company name on it made-- that always makes you seem legit.

fly for free.

$2.72 at Sherman Muni (KSWI); they actually *want* pilots landing there.

Kennet, Missouri was $2.79 on Oct. 14th weekend. I notice that car gas is starting to go back up around here. Wonder how long before the 100LL has a knee-jerk reaction as well?

Spike, look what I just paid at Bridgeport today (KXBP):

That's a 6, not an 8! I agree, these prices going down is a good thing!

Wow. Does this mean my rental price should start to drop back down? :D

Yes, William, it does.

But don't hold your breath!

That's what I was figuring, but I'm also counting my lucky stars because the DA-20 only went up a buck in rental price (81$) when the gas started to soar.

Of course, I do miss the 152... 65$ wet... good times.

My new airport has 100LL for a sweet price of only $5.70 a gallon. Gotta love KDET and Signature Air.

They're sure not going down in Portland. Our car gas is still over 2.50 in a lot of places.
