Was going to make this my 1000th post but missed. So post # 1002.

Just wanted to say "Thank you" to everyone that posts here. I have learned a lot. I respect the opinion of everyone here and it all contributes to my making up for lost time as a pilot. I got my PPL in 1976 and stopped flying with 75 total hours, dual and PIC. After many "someday"s and "I oughta"s, I picked it up again in 2010 and have logged another 250 hours or so since. And will continue. :D

So thanks again.

...and your post count

Posts Per Day: 1.34

That is deceptive because I signed up for a number of these boards early on but really did not have anything to contribute and did not post until recently. So my real post count per day is much higher. I am just now getting to point where I think I do have something to contribute. Mainly because most of that 250 hours has been practice practice practice. Prolly 175 hours of it.

No, the post count is cumulative since day one. It's accurate. Ask Kimberly.

That is what I mean. I went many months without posting so that average does not reflect my "real" posting frequency which is like Yikes.

I mentally transposed the words in your thread title and thought for a moment you were going to make a "1000 word post."

Good thing I read it anyway.
