1 injured in small plane down in Greensboro Nc

Don't any other info on this yet but here is what I have seen so far. Last night on the news it was reported as an engine out, not sure if that's what really happened yet. 1 person was in it and survived and it appears minor damage on the house which is empty and for sale so it looks like everyone got lucky on this deal. Could have been a lot worse.

Is that a Rotec radial R2800 on the nose? It appears to be the 7 cylinder model ...

BTW .. it may be in the works but the AW certificate for this N number isn't on the FAA site ...
